The machining processes of CNC slant-bed ,swiss type and CNC flat-bed lathes are similar: the workpiece is clamped and the tool installed for proper alignment; automated control rotates the spindle and moves the tool along the bed rails. Cutting parameters are adjusted based on material and requirements, with rough machining removing excess material and finish machining improving precision and surface quality, followed by deburring and cleaning.
The slant-bed lathe, with its inclined bed design, offers better chip removal, higher rigidity, and is suitable for high-speed, high-precision machining. The flat-bed lathe, with its simple structure, low cost, and strong stability, is ideal for conventional machining and is economically practical.

The tailstock system utilizes a high-rigidity structure, electric control, and hydrostatic support technology to ensure precise alignment and stable support. It is equipped with a temperature control system and high-precision sensors for real-time adjustment of the tailstock position. This makes it particularly suitable for high-demand CNC lathe manufacturing.
The precision dual linear guideways and rolling guides enhance load capacity and reduce errors. Combined with high-precision rolling elements and hydrostatic guideways, they minimize dynamic errors to the greatest extent.
